Delicious Homemade cookies 1.  Sau Greeshma Kumarpal Poldiya (Jalgaon) Peanut butter Cookies Ingredients: Wheat flour     3/4 cup Maida.            3/4 cup Ghee /butter    1/2 cup Sugar powderd           1/2 cup Peanut butter  4 tbsp Baking powder 1/2 tbsp Soda.           1/4 TSP Milk         4 to 5 tbsp Pinch salt Method : Sieve wheatflour,maida ,baking powder and soda together Ek bowl meh ghee aur powdered sugar ache se phet le ,add peanut butter and mix well add dry ingredients and mix,  add milk as required,soft dough bana le 15 min refrigerate kare Phir chote chote cookies bana kar preheat kadai or oven me 25/30 mins ke liye bake kare
